onepharm is a Vienna, Austria based, innovative pharmaceutical company with a focus on chemical, clinical and formulation development of small molecule drugs for the treatment of viral diseases. onepharm strives to improve the quality of life for patients worldwide
Our company slogan, “Passion for Innovation” does not only account for the dedication for scientific excellence, but also for the strong intention of the onepharm team, including all industry and academic partners to develop novel drugs and treatment concepts to support people suffering from the respective diseases.

onepharm will focus on the professional development of drug candidates covering the stages from screening to clinical phase II (proof of concept) and seek partnerships with established pharmaceutical companies for clinical phase III (registration and product launch). To strengthen its scientific knowledge base and to develop new product candidates onepharm has built a strong network with academic research.

December 2004: Development of the business idea for onepharm together with Green Hills Biotechnology.
March-May 2005: Creation of the business plan, establishment of scientific board.
June 2005: Best of Biotech finalist and seed financing granted by the Austrian Wirtschafts Service (AWS). Best of Biotech is an established business plan competition by the Austrian government.
July 2005: Foundation of onepharm by management and Green Hills Biotechnology.
July-August 2005: Establishment of shareholder agreement and main licensing contracts.
September 2005: Operational start of onepharm.
November 2005: Otto Doblhoff joins onepharm as COO.
January 2006: Core team established.
March 2006: Financial commitments of EUR 3,5 Million secured.
